The Youth Department of the Council of Europe have published the revised version of their Youth Work Portfolio: A tool for the assessment and development of youth work competence. This tool can be used by youth workers and volunteers themselves in order to assess their competences and how to development them further. It can also be used by organisations delivering youth work to improve the quality of their programmes.
