European Summer School of Animators

​Project description

“European Summer School of Animators” is a beginner’s level training course, aimed at young workers and animators. The training course takes place from the 20th to the 25th of August 2019 in Casa Santa Maria de Bruis (Áragon).

Objectives

The aim of the study session is to develop their skills and to improve capacities of the youth work organisation. The objectives are as follows:
 
  1. Develop different personal and professional skills and abilities in a European context
  2. Transmit values of European and intercultural awareness for a multiplying effect in local organisations
  3. Provide an international experience with an intercultural perspective
  4. Offer knowledge, strategies and methodologies in non-formal education that participants can implement at the local level in their organisations
  5. Empower participants to grow as leaders and improve their organisations
