- The Journey
Never Ends -

Project description

“The Journey Never Ends” was a youth exchange over a period of 6 days (besides 2 days for travelling) allowing 37/38 young people from 7 different European countries to meet. They have been invited to think about the topic of intercultural and inter-religious dialogue in Europe and it took place in the Salesian College Astori in Mogliano Veneto/Venice (Italy) from 04/08/2019-11/08/2019.

Objectives

The aim of this youth exchange was to make the participants able to encourage the intercultural and intrareligious dialogue, so that the diversification in today’s society is not felt as something dividing people but as a reality that enriches us all. The objectives were as follows:

  1. To experience an educational journey towards the discovery of cultural, religious and social diversity
  2. To carry out and spread the final project to the wider youth work sector using their newly acquired knowledge in media, communications, participatory journalism and public speaking techniques using English as the vehicular language.
  3. To enhance social interaction, as well as the linguistic and digital competences of the youth, as the participants will prepare together the study visits to Venice.
